A patient can only leave a review after their visit is marked complete by clinic staff, so reviews reflect real visits — not open, unmoderated comments.
Can I print a QR code for my clinic?
Yes — every clinic and every doctor has their own QR code (from the staff dashboard or the public profile page) that patients can scan to join the queue directly, no typing required.
